This is a private and quiet space. You’ll be within walking distance of the University of Ottawa, cafés, restaurants, and public transit, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. The guest will have access to the entire loft and the building's laundry room. Maximum of 2 occupants are allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing. No subletting or unauthorized guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Maintain the unit in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay and dispose of garbage regularly, following building waste guidelines. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and common areas, and any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed unless otherwise authorized in writing. Any damage to the unit, furniture, or appliances must be reported promptly, and tenants are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Use appliances responsibly and turn off lights, heating/cooling when not in use. Do not tamper with electrical, plumbing, or internet systems. All condo building rules and bylaws must be followed (e.g., parking, elevator use, amenities). Fines issued by the building due to tenant actions will be the tenant’s responsibility. Do not leave doors or windows unlocked when leaving the unit. No illegal activities are permitted on the premises. At the end of the stay, the unit should be left in a reasonably clean condition (dishes done, garbage removed, personal items cleared).
