The building has a strict occupancy limit, and any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit or quiet hours will be removed immediately. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. Late check-out exceeding two hours incurs a fee of the listing base rate or weekend rate for the day without discounts. Under 2 hours, the rate is $40/half hour.
