The apartment also has a full washer and dryer. Pet-friendly with a pet spa, this apartment has gated controlled-access parking. Inquire about the pet fee, which depends on the length of stay. This apartment is centrally located close to parks, shopping, great restaurants, and some of Tampa Bay's best hospitals. The easiest way to get around is by car, but Uber and Lyft also service the area. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the apartment or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the apartment, a $1,500 fee will be charged. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+), and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests may not check-in if background screening has not been completed. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom, and an occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and notification must be given 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Maintenance technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog. Pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom. Includes a work desk and chair.
