With pool views from the back door and steps to the beach, this condo offers plenty of space to unwind. Venus B216 is a sunny and spacious condo designed for laid-back beach living. The living area invites you to kick back with a 55” Smart TV, plush seating, and soft natural light. The dining area and kitchen offer a bar counter for casual meals and a table to gather for breakfast before the beach. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and plenty of space to stretch out. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also available. You’ll have two open parking spots right in front of the condo. Located on the quiet west end of Okaloosa Island, this condo is walkable to Beachview for oceanfront dining and just a minute's stroll to the sugar white sands. Enjoy a peaceful beach that’s never too crowded, walk to local favorites like Beachview and Stewby’s, and drive just minutes to Destin Harbor or downtown Fort Walton Beach. Downtown Fort Walton Beach is just a 5-minute drive across the Brooks Bridge for more restaurants, bars, and shops. Destin Harbor and HarborWalk Village are about 15 minutes east. This is a peaceful community, so quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Only registered guests are allowed. This is a smoke-free condo that also includes the balcony of the property. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs - mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible.
