No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed, and any violation may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund. No indoor smoking is allowed (includes cigarettes, vaping, hookah, cigars, or cannabis). Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with doors and windows closed, and a $500 fine will be assessed for any violation, which may also result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up pet waste and keep pets leashed or crated when outside. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the reservation name via message before receiving check-in instructions. Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. A $350 pre-authorization hold will be placed upon check-in to cover potential damages. Any noise complaint may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. Do not unplug, move, or tamper with cameras or any connected devices, as a $1,000 fine will be assessed for violations, which may also result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
