I lived in Parc 500 for over 2 years. The last year was very hard for me. My dad had passed from covid in the very beginning of my lease. The prior Property manager Melody and the current Assistant Manager Marisol were very supportive. I would come to the office from time to time for various reasons and Marisol was very helpful and understanding. Words cannot fully express how much i appreciated Marisol. The maintenance team was very attentive as well. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. If the rent didn't go up i probably would have stayed. I loved living there.

Hi y’all! I just recently renewed my lease here and my babies and I couldn’t be more happy here. From the warmth of the community and its leaders and the willingness of the staff to assist us with anything we need, it’s been a wonderful experience. They keep the community clean and always find ways to engage with us. It’s really created a home for us. Also, not to mention the location is great. It’s close to everything. You have downtown WPB, I95 and the turnpike, and of course, the outlets! Honestly, it’s been a blessing for us and I’d recommend it to anyone but come with positive energy because that’s all we have here.
