Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Guests are responsible for reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. There are no pets allowed unless authorized in writing by the host, with a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee and eviction. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will result in a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests agree to pay for any damage to the property.
