The house features a spacious en-suite full bathroom stocked with all necessities and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a mirror, and towels. There are 2 parking spots on the driveway and you may find additional parking on the street. This centrally located home is 20 minutes from the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and Scotiabank Arena and 30 minutes to BMO Field. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and if you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as it's a family neighborhood. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7 to ensure that our guests feel secure and that the property remains safe. Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay and it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
