The area also has plenty of restaurants. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 12 PM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and review. The property is not a hotel, and the security desk and concierge do not support guests or provide reservation information. Guests must provide a photo of valid ID and a selfie with the ID for anti-fraud measures. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke alarm is triggered or the smell of smoke is detected, the reservation may be canceled immediately and a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
