Feel at home in this newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment located in a boutique building in the heart of trendy Downtown. The unit is on the ground floor and has two entrances: one private entrance directly from the street with a private terrace and the second one from the building. This comfortable suite has everything you need. The fully functional kitchen is complete with tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. A washer and dryer are available with supplies. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Guests have access to the gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the building. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Pets are allowed in the apartment, provided that each pet does not exceed 35 lbs (15kg) in weight, with a maximum of two pets per suite, for a fee of $20 per night for 1 pet. Streetcar access is available to anywhere downtown. It's a 5-minute walk to Porter Airport and a 10-minute streetcar ride to Union, UP express, GO station, and VIA rail. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests must send a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Guests need to be 25 or over in order to check in, but for reservations of 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.
