Feel at home in this newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment located in a boutique building in the heart of trendy Downtown. This ground-floor unit is perfect for families, large companies, or working professionals and features two entrances: one private entrance directly from the street with a private terrace, and a second one from the building. This comfortable suite has everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are available with supplies, and the bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. This bright unit has floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-concept layout. Guests have access to a gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the building. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but they shall not exceed 35 lbs (15kg) in weight each, with a maximum of two pets per suite, and a pet fee of $20 per night for one pet applies. Please confirm the opportunity to bring pets prior to booking. Ideally located for major events and international tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup 2026, this apartment is accessible to all the hot spots of the city, including the CNE, Ontario Place, CN Tower, Budweiser Stage, BMO Field, Scotia Arena, and Rogers Centre. Streetcar access is available to anywhere downtown, and it's a 5-minute walk to Porter Airport and a 10-minute streetcar ride to Union, UP Express, GO station, and VIA rail. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The minimum age for booking is 25 years, but for reservations of 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice and will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. If the alarm is triggered due to smoking of any kind (cigarettes or marijuana) inside the unit or building, the partner has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees.
