Situated on the ground floor with no stairs, this open-layout apartment offers easy access and is ideal for a relaxed beach getaway. This apartment is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The bedroom features a comfortable bed with fresh linens and a Smart TV. The living room offers a bright, open space with seating, a Smart TV, and room for an additional guest. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing simple meals. The bathroom is clean and stocked with essentials. A shared outdoor space with a barbecue grill is available for guests. Free on-site parking is available. Guests love the walkable location, with the beach just a 6-minute walk away, as well as local restaurants, bars, and the Indian Rocks Beach art center all just minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a valid government ID provided prior to check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. The apartment is treated regularly, and assistance is always available if needed. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing to the Manager. NO CATS allowed (dogs allowed with additional pet fee). Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard especially when the property is shared with other guests. One pet per reservation. You must notify us in advance. Pet fee: $125 per pet, per stay (unless otherwise stated in the listing). Weight limit: Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Unauthorized pets: $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior. Cleanliness: Guests must pick up after their pets. A $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry.
