Enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit with seating, outdoor deck with dining space, BBQ grill, and hammocks. Guests have access to 4 sand beaches with swimming areas, lakes with docks and boat launches, seasonal outdoor pools, sports courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball), playgrounds, a community game room and recreation center, and rental equipment available in season. Located just minutes from ski resorts, lakes, and top Pocono attractions, this apartment is perfect for family vacations, weekend getaways, and outdoor adventures. Arrowhead Lake offers beaches and pools, and the apartment is near Jack Frost Ski Resort, Big Boulder Ski Resort, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and hiking and state parks. Moyer's Country Kitchen, The Vintage Tavern, Jubilee Restaurant, Three Pierogi, and Terra Cottage Cafe and Gifts are some of the nearby restaurants. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, and street parking is not allowed. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. This property requires guest registration and gate access. The HOA charges a $160 guest registration fee (charged at the time of booking) that also covers the vehicle fee. Vehicle passes are tied to the exact license plate number you register, so cars can’t be swapped mid-stay. Guests must stop by the Welcome Center to register their vehicles and receive a QR code for gate access. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the primary guest must complete a screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
