Feel at home in this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the second floor of Bahia Del Sol, overlooking the channel. This bayfront resort is perfectly located in Apollo Beach on the Tampa Bay, right up the street from Bahia Beach, providing direct beach access. This condo sleeps up to 4 guests and offers modern living with indoor and outdoor areas for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are two counter stools at the kitchen counter and two separate dining tables, each seating two. Enjoy the L-shaped sofa with a smart TV and ceiling fan, as well as an indoor balcony/sunroom with seating furniture. The in-unit washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. The resort has multiple heated pools, including one adjacent to the building, a hot tub, an arcade and game room, and a full 24/7 fitness center with cardio and weights. Located in the scenic waterfront community of Little Harbor, this condo offers easy access to Tampa. Nearby Apollo Beach offers scenic shores, vibrant marine life, expansive green spaces, and paved bike trails. Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve, E.G. Simmons Regional Park, and Ruskin Family Drive-In Theater are all a short drive away. Enjoy waterfront dining and drinks at Sunset Lounge & Tiki Bar and classic seafood at Hooks Waterfront Bar & Grill, both walkable in Little Harbor. SouthShore Crossing, Southshore Village shopping centers, and MiraBay Village shopping are also nearby. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am daily. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.
