This cabin features an infrared sauna, a foosball table, a wraparound deck with outdoor dining and grill, a fire pit, a soapstone fireplace, and a wall of windows in the main living area. The bright great room has an open layout, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a comfortable living area with natural light and forest views. The lower-level TV room offers additional lounge space and entertainment. One dog is allowed with prior approval and a fee. Located 6 miles from Franklin and 29 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village, this cabin is close to SUNY Oneonta, Hartwick College, and SUNY Delhi. It's also within reach of Plattekill and Belleayre for outdoor adventures and offers easy access to shops, dining, and local towns. A vehicle is needed in this area as there is limited public transportation and UBER services. An AWD or 4WD is recommended October through April when there is a chance of snow or ice. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is no smoking indoors. No parties or events are allowed. This cabin does not have air conditioning, but ceiling and floor fans are provided. There is limited or no cell service, so enabling Wi-Fi calling before arrival is recommended. This cabin is located off a 2-mile dirt road, and arriving before dark is recommended. The base rate covers up to 4 guests, and an additional nightly fee applies for guests over 4. Guests have access to all areas except for a few locked closets.
