The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee bar that doubles as a small dining table. A sunroom off the kitchen boasts an overhead fan, screened windows, and a large dining table for up to 8. The basement offers additional space with a full pull-out couch, a large dining room for up to 8, and gaming options with an old-school Nintendo 64 and a Mortal Kombat arcade game. This pet-friendly home welcomes up to 2 dogs for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. The backyard boasts a relaxing hot tub and is fully fenced in. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill, and will be reimbursed with a receipt. If it's a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. Situated in a fantastic location, this home is less than a mile from the beautiful Lake Erie beaches and vibrant downtown Lorain. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are required to remove shoes indoors. Hot tub cleanliness fine is $250; please shower before entering, use beach towels, limit use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, and always cover the hot tub after use. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
