Just 9 minutes from the Strip, it sleeps 16+ with 11 beds and 3 full baths. This villa features spacious open living areas, games, and comfortable bedrooms designed for groups. All rooms have TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, foosball, and a basketball arcade. A hot tub is available for an additional fee of $150 per night with 24-hour notice. The heated pool is available for $400 total for 3 days, with an additional $100 per day and 24-hour notice. Relax in a peaceful neighborhood while staying close to casinos, dining, golf, and nightlife. Events are limited to no more than 18 guests and do not include weddings, baby showers, or birthday parties without prior approval, and a $1000 fee will be assessed if an unapproved event takes place. An additional fee of $200 per person per night will incur for any unregistered guest that has not been approved. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7:00 am. If you buy a movie during your stay, a $100 fee will be charged. Check-out time is 10:00 am sharp. There is a $30 fee for any unwashed dishes. If cigarette buds are found, a $50 fee will be charged.
