While located close to restaurants and amenities, the property offers good quality soundproofing to ensure guest comfort despite potential outside noise. Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, as this is a duplex and shares a main wall with the adjacent unit. Smoking, vaping, incense, candles, or any other type of smoke will result in a $300 remediation fee. Unauthorized pets of any type will result in a pet cleaning fee. Hair coloring or dying in the property is not allowed, and staining of fixtures and towels will result in an additional charge.
