Feel at home in this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse-style duplex in the heart of Holden, Massachusetts. The first floor features an open floor plan that joins the dining room, living room, and kitchen, as well as a half bath. On the second floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full bath. All beds are comfortable memory foam with luscious pillows. Guests have exclusive access to the three-vehicle driveway and the outside porch and back patio located on the right side. Located two minutes from Wachusett High School and three minutes from downtown Holden, this duplex is centrally located on Main Street, close to restaurants and other amenities. Although the outside can be quite noisy, the unit provides good quality soundproofing to ensure guest comfort. Only guests staying in the property are allowed on the premises. Smoking, vaping, incense, candles, or any other type of smoke will result in a $300 remediation fee. Unapproved late check-outs will result in a $100 cleaning crew rescheduling fee. Hair coloring or dying in the property is not allowed, and staining of fixtures and towels will result in an additional charge. Glitter, confetti, silly string, or other widely dispersed items are not allowed and will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am, as this is a duplex and shares a main wall with another unit. Parking is limited to a maximum of three cars.
