Thoughtful features include: LG Smart TV in living room, pass-through window in kitchen/dining areas, quality brand bedding, fully stocked kitchen, sound machines and smart keyless locks. Please note: There is no laundry available onsite. Due to size and amenities, a maximum two individuals will be permitted on the lease. UTILITIES: All utilities, including electric, water, sewer, trash, lawn care, and high-speed internet, included in rent. PET POLICY: Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets will require a $300 non-refundable pet fee prior to move-in. All service and support animals permitted by law with appropriate paperwork provided.
