Community amenities includes a clubhouse, pool, dog park, playground and fitness center. Laundry room offers washer & dryer hookups but Tenants will need to provide their own appliances. Renters insurance required for all approved applicants. UTILITIES: Tenant responsible for electric (a/c), natural gas (furnace, fireplace and oven/range), city water, city sewer, internet and lawn care. PET POLICY: One pet allowed (dog or cat, max weight 30 lbs), which requires a non-refundable $300/pet fee.
