There is a basement garage for the building, if you have a car. Coin laundry in the building, $1.25 a load. Rent is $525 (heat and hot water included) + split internet and hydro bills. Deposit is $262.50. Looking for a clean person to share the apartment with, if you are a "Friday night party" person, this isn't the best choice.
