Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and while a starter supply of essentials is provided, they are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks are not allowed. Firearms on property must be kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs, but mosquitoes can sometimes be unavoidable. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival, or guests may opt for a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for your convenience.
