I've been living here for 2 years now and I can say that I've been perfectly content living here. The apartment building itself is, well, imagine the 1800s. Very old and outdated. The selling points of this place were the location and price. However the price is about to shoot up $200 a month for my 700 square ft apartment just because they want to stay competitive with other apartments out there. There are no amenities and there are 3 washer dryer units that barely work in the entire building. Also, if you need to contact the "office", good luck. They don't answer or get back to you unless it's for maintenance. That department actually does a good job. Regardless, home is what you make it, but for the price point as of 2022, you can get a luxury apartment for $50 more with amenities and washer dryer in unit.
