Private garage parking is available in the basement of the building, subject to availability, for $25 per night, $100 per week, or $325 per month. Street parking is also available; you will need to register your car and apply for a street parking permit through the city. Weekly or monthly cleanings and blackout shades are available upon request for an extra cost. The apartment is pet-friendly, with a fee of $50 per month.
