Looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly female to join our 4-bedroom home! You will be living with two (possibly 3) professional women in their lower 20s who appreciate a tidy, calm, and welcoming atmosphere. Great for students, freshly graduated, or someone new to the area! The Room: Private, bright bedroom with walk-in closet. Optionally furnished/unfurnished. Wood floors The House: A spacious 4-bedroom house featuring a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a big backyard. All new appliances Brand new fence scheduled to be installed this spring. Plans of bathroom renovation in works. Location: Conveniently located just a few minutes from 41 with easy access to shops. Vibe: We are tidy, respectful of personal space, and enjoy friendly chats in common areas, but we are not a party house. We do like to go out, and we would love to bring you with us! Rent: Rent ($600) is due on the 1st of every month. We have a flat rate for utilities ($230) that covers Wi-Fi, Gas, Electric, and Water. Optionally due on the 1st of the month or the 15th of every month. Lease will be month-to-month with the option of termination at any point. Move-in date preferably May 1, 2026. Although we do love pets, we have two cats and a dog already. We can't allow any more furry friends for the time-being.
