Perfect for families, work travelers, hunting groups, or Packers game weekends, this fully furnished home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers comfort, convenience, and small-town charm. The home includes a comfortable living room for relaxing after a long day and a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals. An in-home washer and dryer are available for longer stays. Step outside and enjoy your morning coffee or evening unwind on the covered front porch with a classic porch swing. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per pet per stay. Located in downtown Gillett, the home is walkable to local shops and parks and offers easy access to Hwy 32. It's approximately 40 minutes to Green Bay and Lambeau Field and near lakes, trails, and outdoor recreation areas. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Guests acknowledge that minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use.
