This unit, Unit A of a duplex, is just minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airport, the beach, and the convention center, and directly across from a park and within walking distance of many great local eateries. This home is fully stocked with essentials and boasts amenities like a private pool, sauna, and ice bath. Each of the three bedrooms upstairs has its own en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, the living room’s sofa converts into a queen bed and the loft’s cozy futon welcomes extra guests. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is perfect for whipping up meals, or you can fire up the grill on the patio. Please use extreme caution while using the sauna and cold plunge, and note that they are not suitable for children. There are three parking spaces available on the property. The garage will fit one vehicle and comes with a free Tesla charger. The driveway will allow for two additional vehicles parked outside. Pets are allowed with a $20 flat fee per night for one pet and a $30 flat fee per night for two pets. A pack-n-play, highchair, outlet covers, and table corners may be available upon request at least 48 hours in advance. You’re just 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airport, 3 minutes away from the Broward Convention Center and Port Everglades, and a stone’s throw from Harbordale Park’s playground and within walking distance of 17th Street’s many cafés and restaurants. Fort Lauderdale Beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. All locked areas such as garage cabinet doors and the modem box are meant for management only. Please do not attempt entry to side B. There are five outdoor cameras and two sound level detection devices on the property. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit causing damages that we will then pass along to you.
