Free driveway and garage parking is available during your stay, and well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. Located less than a mile from the freeway, you’ll have quick access to major shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Nampa. Guests can also enjoy the community basketball court, walking paths, and shared green space located right outside the front door, making it a great stay for families, traveling professionals, or weekend visitors exploring the Treasure Valley area. This home is in an excellent location for exploring Nampa and the Boise area, with easy access to downtown Nampa and a short drive to Boise and Treasure Valley attractions. Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee.
