Sleeping up to 12, this home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home features 2 living spaces, plentiful seating, a large covered patio, yard games, and a garden free to harvest during your stay. The front room offers a spacious formal living space with a comfortable couch, a swinging chair, an electric fireplace, and a custom exchange library. The spacious kitchen includes a custom coffee bar set-up. The living room has 2 dining areas, a large workspace, and access to a covered patio with a large custom refinished dining table and luxurious patio seating. The outdoor space includes a bin for toys, yard games, and a garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables. The first bedroom, the "Tablerock" room, features a queen luxurious memory foam hybrid bed and a smart TV. The "Greenbelt" room is equipped with a queen memory foam hybrid bed. The en-suite includes a private bathroom and shower that doubles as a steam room. The 4th bedroom, "Stanley", has a twin daybed with a trundle. There is also a large comfortable couch that can sleep a small child, plus 2 self-inflating air mattresses. Military personnel can receive a 10% discount. Located in the historic downtown portion on Sunset Ave, this established neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with mature landscaping and a variety of homes. You'll find Sunset Park within walking distance, as well as multiple avenues to access Boise's Greenbelt. Easy access to Ridge to Rivers trails, The Greenbelt, Downtown, and Boise State University Campus. It is located at the base of Bogus Basin, Boise's ski and recreation area. Guests will prefer having their own transportation to get around town and experience Boise, as there is limited public transportation. Outdoor and garage amenities (including barbecue grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While we do our best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. These amenities are not guaranteed and not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning. The minimum age to rent is 21. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The barbecue grill must stay where it is and not be moved due to the fire inspectors regulation of it being 5 feet from the house. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
