This 1100 square foot home is in a fantastic location. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. This home also features an in-house washer and dryer and a smart TV in the living room. Free gated parking is available, plus free extra street parking. Enjoy being within walking distance to all of downtown and the Boise Zoo. This home is also a 10-minute walk to Boise State University and a short distance from Bronco Stadium and the Boise State University campus. You'll also be close to the downtown restaurant scene and have easy access to the local water park. The property is just off the I-184 exit, providing very easy access to the rest of the valley. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so it isn't very wheelchair/disabled friendly unless you want to sleep on the couch. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will have to charge $50 per hour to do so. Please just move the furniture back before your departure. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home; outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and you keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time. Early check-ins will have a fee associated, typically $30-50, but may be more depending on how early you want to check in. Late checkout is not offered at this property. Unapproved late checkout fee is $50 for every 30 minutes, plus any refunds or charges that the next guest incurs due to your late checkout.
