Feel at home in this apartment located on the second floor of a beautiful converted mansion 4-plex, common in Denver’s older neighborhoods. This east-facing apartment offers a great mix of old-school charm with hardwood floors, a red brick building, and broad windows, combined with a modern style featuring a renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. The apartment includes one bedroom and a sunroom off the living room, ideal for use as an office or reading room. This apartment offers shared, free laundry in the basement, accessed from the backyard stairwell. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Parking is available in the backyard with three first-come-first-serve spaces in our parking lot off the alley, with a limit of one car per apartment in the lot. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. Located one block from City Park and five blocks from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and music venues on Restaurant Row (17th Ave) and Colfax. It's a short drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods, and King Soopers, as well as Cherry Creek Shopping District, downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Red Rocks is 30 minutes away, and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, all within a 4-minute drive. UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO are 20 minutes away. This is a dog-friendly property, but cats are not allowed. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. Many guests work from home, so please be mindful of noise from pets, music, and children to avoid causing disturbances. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction without a refund. All properties are non-smoking/non-vaping, and violation of this policy will result in damages fees.
