The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, and all essentials. Enjoy the spacious living room with a plush sectional and 75" Smart TV, and a dining area that seats 8, plus 4 at the kitchen island. There are also in-unit washers and dryers, and central A/C and heating. Pool heat for the private heated pool and spa is available for $35 per day. Up to 2 dogs are welcome (within insurance-approved breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank as needed. Walk to the Storey Lake Clubhouse with its water park and lazy river. This home is minutes from Disney (8 mi), Universal (15 mi), and SeaWorld (10 mi).
