Parking is available in the garage with a capacity for 2 mid-size SUVs or smaller vehicles. No street parking is permitted. Pets are welcome with a fee of $19 per night for one pet (capped at $200 per stay) and $29 per night for two pets (capped at $300 per stay). Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways, and violations will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home; quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Guests will check in independently using a smart lock. Mail and package deliveries are not permitted, and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Guests must select a $500 refundable security deposit or a $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay).
