The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everyday cooking and chef-prepared meals, and includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer), pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups (starter set), blender, toaster, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods. A 55” 4K smart TV is in the living room, and access to popular streaming platforms is available for guests to log in with their own accounts. One bedroom also has an additional smart TV. The bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses and premium linens, and the spa-style bathrooms have high-pressure showers. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Parking is available in the garage, which has a capacity of 2 mid-size SUVs or smaller. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee: 1 hour for $59 or 2 hours for $89. A mid-stay cleaning reset for extended stays is available for $175, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). There is also a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Conveniently located near popular dining, nightlife, and major attractions, this townhouse is minutes from Uptown Charlotte and steps from restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Nearby attractions include the NASCAR Hall of Fame (~10 minutes), Spectrum Center (~9 minutes), Bank of America Stadium (~10 minutes), Plaza Midwood (~9 minutes), NoDa Arts District (~10 minutes), and SouthPark Mall (~15 minutes). Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. The primary guest must be 21+. Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee. No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are allowed. Vehicles may be towed if parked on the street.
