The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meals and memories. Grill use is included with your stay. If the propane tank is low or empty, you can go to a nearby gas station to refill it and send the receipt for written approval before doing so. Located in a quiet and residential neighborhood, this home is also 6 minutes from Medieval Times and 8 minutes from Falcons Fire Golf Course. A car or ride-sharing service is recommended for getting around. No pets are allowed other than service animals; unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $400 and can result in removal without any refund. ESA pets are considered regular pets, not service animals. No parties are allowed; if a complaint about a party is received and determined to be legitimate, you will be removed from the property without any refund and charged a fee of $500. Smoking is never allowed; violating this rule will result in a $500 fee to fumigate the home. Pool hours are sunrise to sunset; children (17 and under) must be supervised at all times; if cleaners have to clean the pool, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150. If cleaners have to clean the grill there’s an extra $45 fee.
