Located on the second floor of Eden Brae, a renovated southern gothic mansion, this comfortable apartment offers plenty of space for your entire group and is accessible by a dedicated external stairway and balcony. This sunny apartment features a primary bedroom with a king-size memory foam bed, two closets, and a TV. The second bedroom includes queen-over-queen custom-built bunkbeds, a full-size daybed, and a closet. The bathroom is stocked with organic toiletries and plush towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality pots, pans, accessories, and a dishwasher. Enjoy the dining area with seating for 6, a French press coffee maker, a burr grinder, an electric kettle, locally roasted whole bean coffee, assorted teas and cocoa, fast Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, a washer and dryer in the unit, and an iron with ironing board. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests and include a gas barbecue, hammocks, a fire pit, an outdoor dining room with seating for 10, corn hole, a covered front porch with sectional sofa, swings, native gardens, and fountains. Dogs are allowed. Please include them as pets in the guest count. Eden Brae is located on Cliff Road, between the popular neighborhoods of Forest Park and Highland Park. Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away. Rushton Park is a couple of blocks away, and Forest Park is on the other side of Highland Park Golf Course. The apartment is a couple of miles from most of Birmingham's most popular attractions: Railroad Park, the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Avondale, Sloss Furnace, the Art Museum, Regions Field, Vulcan Park, and Downtown's Entertainment and Civil Rights Districts. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. No events or gatherings are allowed in single apartments; to host an event, inquire about renting the whole house. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, or other substances) or illegal drug use allowed inside the property, including in any screened porches or in any interior areas. A $200/night penalty will be incurred for any violation of this policy. If stairs are an issue, this apartment is not a good fit.
