Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on every other floor (2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th). The large pool and kiddie pool are just steps away from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf. Enjoy free beach chair service from Mar 1-Oct 31, 2025 (1 set of 2 loungers and 1 umbrella). All guests will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive their parking pass, which is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards). Located on South Thomas Drive, the complex is conveniently close to PCB's best dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, nightclubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are within a 5-10 minute drive. At Top of the Gulf, you'll find family-friendly amenities that will make your vacation truly special. This property is for guests 21 years old and older. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection. This is a non-smoking and non-pet-friendly unit. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM.
