You'll find an open and airy living space tastefully adorned with beach-inspired decor. The fully equipped kitchen features all appliances and ample counter space. The dining and living area provides a welcoming spot to share meals and laughter. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, creating a serene haven for relaxation. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable resting place. With two full baths and a washer and dryer, you will surely have everything needed to prepare for your night out. Enjoy amenities, which include a pool, tennis and shuffleboard court, and a short walk to the sand. The resort fee is $35 and includes one parking pass; the rate may change without notice. Registration must be done online. One car pass is $35, and two car passes are $50 plus booking and processing fees; price is subject to change without prior notice per HOA regulations. You are not allowed to park more than two vehicles at the property. Trailers cost $100 per space; if a trailer takes up two spaces, it would cost $200. The office must approve all trailers before arrival. Located on the beach side, this apartment is four miles from St. Andrews State Park, one mile from Wal-Mart Super Center, within walking distance to restaurants and an amusement park, and half a mile from Signal Hill Golf Course. Check-in is at 4 PM CT, or 5 PM during Spring Break and major holidays. This resort requires the registered guest to be 25 years old. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is eight guests, including children and infants; failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. No pets are allowed.
