Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, it features two bedrooms and two full baths. This newly renovated townhouse offers new furniture, freshly painted walls, updated kitchen utensils, small appliances, beds, window furnishings, and outdoor furniture. It also features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a covered upper porch, and a fenced backyard. A maximum of two pets are allowed with owner approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay, up to two dogs with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per dog. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, and other gear for you to enjoy during your stay, but is not available for parking. A fire pit and gas grill are available, but propane is the responsibility of the guests. With easy access to the white-sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this coastal haven is located near dining, shopping, and family-friendly attractions like Wonder Works, mini golf, and arcades. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, and weekends). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
