The dining area seats 8+ guests with bench and chair seating, place settings, and dining utensils. The living room features couches and armchairs, coffee tables, a designer rug, a TV, a spacious layout, and high ceilings. Additional entertainment includes an air hockey table and a cinema room with two full-sized murphy beds. A laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and a dryer. The backyard includes an outdoor swimming pool with poolside loungers, a BBQ grill and patio area, a fire pit, and loungers. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. Free parking is available to all guests. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). With each guest beyond the first six, a $29/night fee will be applied. Historic Midlothian, known as “the Southern Star of the Dallas/Fort Worth Area,” is located 25 miles south of Dallas and Fort Worth. Home of the Midlothian Higher Education Center with Navarro College, Texas A & M University-Commerce, Tarleton State University and the University of North Texas at Dallas, Midlothian offers many year-round events, including a weekly farmers market. The city’s historic downtown features unique shops and fabulous “Mom & Pop” restaurants which bring fun, friendly people and outdoor activities together. Local sights include the Midlothian Heritage Museum (10 min drive), Mockingbird Nature Park (10 min drive), Old Town Historic District (7 min drive), and Midlothian Conference Center (4 min drive). For those interested in exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area, noteworthy attractions include Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center (20 min drive), Grand Prairie Premium Outlets (22 min drive), and Xtreme Raceway Park (30 min drive). AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, is a 34 min drive. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property at any time is required, with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Pets should be discussed in advance and kept off beds and furniture. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The fireplace is inoperable. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts. Plenty of body towels are offered for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
