With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to accommodate parties of up to 10. This vacation home includes upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen, soaker tub, and double garage, and also features an outdoor swimming pool, grill, and patio. The home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils, along with a kitchen island and breakfast bar. The sleek living room offers a modern, comfortable environment with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated dining area features a dinner table with seating for 8 and bar-style seating at the kitchen bar. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage and on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Conveniently located a stone's throw from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Waxahachie is a vibrant, authentic small-town Texas community. Known as the “Crape Myrtle Capital of Texas,” the city’s historic streets are lined with beautiful pink crape myrtles in full bloom each summer. Highlights include Railyard Park, the Historic Downtown District, and the Ellis County African American Hall of Fame. For those interested in exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area, attractions like Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center and Grand Prairie Premium Outlets are within a short drive. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance, and pets are asked to keep off beds and furniture. Noise levels are monitored to comply with local ordinances, and a noise alert device is installed to measure decibels. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended.
