Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for 2 hours, and you must message 24 hours beforehand to see if this request can be authorized. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee.
