This includes a mostly complete kitchen set as well. Please indicate your preference on the application form, after the viewing. Please note that we are a small family with two young children living above. Our kitchen and living room are above your kitchen and living room, but the bedrooms are two floors above so this will limit any noise. The children are generally awake from 7:45 am to 8:00 pm everyday, and are generally out of the house from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm on school days. They are not overly loud, but they are still kids and will make some noise. Past tenants have stated that noise transfer was at a reasonable level. Credit, work, and reference checks will be completed before occupancy is granted. Move-in date: Feb 28, 2026 (Possibility of a few days earlier) Maximum 2 people occupancy. Maximum of one pet allowed. A pet deposit will be required. Minimum of a 1-year lease and first month’s rent and half a month’s rent as a security deposit due upon rental agreement signing.
