Feel at home in this newly built condo in Glendale, just steps away from the stadium and the Westgate entertainment area. This garden-style unit requires climbing 1-2 flights of stairs. Please reach out if you require a ground floor unit. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Enjoy access to the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. Pool access is subject to season and weather. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined). All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located close to different attractions, this condo is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents may result in a cancellation and denied entry. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
