Spacious 3 bed, 2 bath on a tree lined street with in unit washer & dryer, large windows, and 2 attached parking spaces. The front doors leads to the open concept living - dining room with huge windows along the wall. The kitchen has granite counters, cherry cabinets, and an island peninsula leading out to the living room. Stainless appliances include dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove. All three bedrooms are ample size, and will fit a queen sized bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, and the main bathroom boasts a tub and shower. There are two parking spots that come with the apartment just outside the building. 4 Story Condo with our apartment on the second floor. Controlled access, intercom, lobby for packages, and an elevator to the second floor. There is a trash chute for the winter months, and parking in rear of the building.
