Enjoy the convenience of modern amenities and a comfortable living space designed with your needs in mind. Take advantage of the Tides amenities, including a pool, gym, valet parking, mini market, and bar. Valet parking is available at $100 USD per week, $125 USD for two weeks, $150 USD for three weeks, and $175 USD for four weeks. Package reception is offered at $7 per package. Located close to everything you need, including restaurants, malls, and casinos, this apartment offers a great location for exploring the area. It is conveniently situated close to Fort Lauderdale and just 40 minutes away from Miami International Airport. Pets are not allowed in the building. Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience, with detailed instructions provided via direct message or through our guest portal. Early check-in and late check-out are available at an extra cost if possible. A one-time FOB charge of $30 is required, and a laundry card will be left inside the apartment. If lost, replacements can be purchased at the front desk. A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required at check-in and will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided no damage is found. Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $50 to $80 USD is available.
