Enjoy community perks including a private lagoon beach, fishing pier with cleaning station, kayaks (first-come-first-served), watercraft launch, BBQ gazebo, and an outdoor pool. Beach essentials like chairs and a wagon are ready for your stay. Free parking is available for one car. Located just minutes from dining, shopping, dolphin cruises, The Wharf concerts, and the best white-sand beaches in Alabama, this is the perfect spot to unwind and make lasting memories. Enjoy deeded Gulf beach access just across the road. Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. Due to hurricane repairs, there may be ongoing construction. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided.
