Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests are asked to treat the property as their own and report any broken items immediately. Please be aware that this is a duplex property and Unit B is your designated space; Unit A is for management access only. Locked areas, including the garage, cabinet doors, and modem box, are for management access only. Please do not attempt to enter Unit A. The sauna and ice bath should be used responsibly and are not recommended for children. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes of any sort, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. All loose trash is to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. Please do not overfill trash bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment. Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.
