We have a large basement room for rent in an older house in North Portland. We are all in our 60's and would prefer somebody in that age group but we'll consider all ages. My brother and his wife are also in the basement and they have a really loving German Shepherd. Rent includes water, electric, cable and gas. We stay in our rooms for the most part. We would like somebody that's low-key. The room is partially furnished there is a tv, mattress, couch, small refrigerator, microwave and hot plate. You'll have a separate entrance. No pets. If you're interested give me a call and I can give you more details. The pictures are from when it was rented before and does not exactly match as there are no lights on the ceiling. $900 + deposit.
