It also includes a private screened pool with a covered lanai, four bathrooms, a washer and dryer, hairdryers, an iron, ironing board, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and initial kitchen supplies are provided. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $45 per day, with a minimum of 2 days' notice required. This townhome is located in The Retreat at Champions Gate, a short-term rental approved neighborhood within Lennar's Champions Gate. The luxurious amenity center features The Grille Room restaurant and bar, a concierge desk, a movie theater, a fitness center, a game room, two temperature-controlled pools, a lazy river, a 2-story water slide, a children’s water play structure, sand volleyball, rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, the Tiki Bar, 7 tennis courts, and the Champions Gate Country Club golf course. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
