While there is another rental on the resort property, your cottage is at the top of the hill roadside, and the vacation rental is far down the hill lakeside. Guests may walk down the stairs to the shoreline and pier to enjoy the lake, but be aware that there could be guests on vacation down by the lake sharing the same shoreline and pier.
