Dogs are allowed with a pet fee per dog for the entire stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash system when outside and may never roam into neighbors' yards. An EV car charger receptacle is installed and ready. Kayaks are available. A new retaining wall and pier system are scheduled for May 2026. Located just minutes from downtown Fox Lake, this vacation rental is in the heart of the Chain O' Lakes, offering quick access to dining, shopping, boating, and local attractions. Fox Lake is known as the Heart of the Chain O' Lakes, a favorite spot for boating, fishing, and exploring its 15 connected lakes and 45 miles of rivers. The property is also conveniently located minutes from the METRA train station in Fox Lake, providing an easy commute to downtown Chicago. No parties or events are allowed. Only the number of guests listed in the booking may stay overnight. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Do not move furniture. Fireworks are not allowed on the property. No open flames (candles, incense, etc.). Absolutely no adhesive or hanging on ceilings or walls. Remove shoes inside and rinse off sand/dirt before entering. Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Use provided makeup remover wipes to avoid using towels for makeup. The adult entertainment space includes workout equipment and a 70" TV for your entertainment.
